Hmm. The gf is having a terrible headache/migraine at the moment. How how how? The problem with being medical students is that we suspect the worst for every single minor illness that we have. Say for example now. Instantly I think of increased intracranial pressure, which can be due to a rise in cerebrospinal fluid pressure. It can also be due to increased pressure within the brain matter caused by lesions swelling within the brain matter itself. See?

Though I think that is absolutely ridiculous and it is probably she is tired from the whole day out in the cold rainy city. Plus she isn't also suffering from other symptoms such as seizures, vomiting and strange neurological and behavioral changes.

Oh yea and I finally gotten my mp3 player. It is a 2GB Creative Zen. Money, or the lack of it, limited my buying power. However I believe (thanks to the gf who at that moment was smarter than I) it is the right decision to get a player with less memory hence cheaper, as the Zen has the SD Memory Card slot which I can buy later if I can't already fit all my porn inside the 2GB. Hmmm.

Honestly though, there isn't any. Porn I mean.

Hmm. There goes the 2 free days of no lectures. Apparently the ever-gracious IMU, good old caring generous IMU, gave all their staff and lecturers a 2-day (maybe 3/4-day) all expenses paid holiday to Shanghai. Well where does IMU get all the money from, you ask. Since they are so poor and can't afford to turn on the elevators, you ask. I'm an idiot, a naive little boy, so I will guess that they get the money from, say, our excessive semester fees maybe? Just a far-fetched wild guess that's all. After all IMU is such a nice little place after all with their superb motto of 'IMU Cares'.

Yea. Paid Low Yat a visit today. Wanted to get a new mp3 player since my Ipod is a goner, and also a cooler for my laptop. Only managed to get the latter. Gf going to get the mp3 tomorrow since she is going to Singapore in the morning. Should be cheaper. Oh and the gf got an external hard disk.

And all through out the day till now, my ulcers hurt like fuck.

Wonder what great events bestow little Jon tomorrow. Since I'm free and all. Most likely just online and playing games. Ah bliss. Weekend of nothing-ness and a great Black Hole. Gaping at me like a leaf stomata. WIth the guard cells around the hole.

And to top it all off saving for a new mp3 payer as my Ipod battery now can't last for more than one song after 2 days of charging even. Screwed. It's so so hard to save and save. Especially if it is RM500. Shits. I have to give up so much food and cinema trips and clothes (ok that sounds gay i know). But you get my point. Ah well. It is all for the greater good.

I want to play basketball. Especially after today which was a relatively long day. And it is shockingly still not raining yet as well. Damn it should have went to play after my PBL at 4pm.

Port Dickson

Great day yesterday. Got up at about 10am, and then got ready to go to PD with the gf, Geowin, Diana and Rachel. Met in front of IMU and headed to Carrefour to buy the meat and drinks for BBQ.

So yea, RM117 was blown on lamb chops, chicken wings, hotdogs, drinks and ice. By 1pm we were set to go. The highway was nice and smooth with no signs of rain or idiots totalling their lame-shit cars. The weather at the beach was perfect as well, and when we reached there the gf and I just lazed around in the water while Diana and Rachel bimbo-talked way way away from the water haha. And cam-whoring. And calling Geowin 'dad'. O_o

By 4pm we were too damn hungry and decided to start the BBQ. The firestarters sucked, but in the end we got it to work. Diana got the first few chicken wings (as my guinea pig) and it was a tad raw. Haha. All the lamb was perfect, as were the hotdogs. The macha played gay emo songs from his portable speakers while drinking his vodka drink. Emo.

The sea was great as well from 6pm onwards. Cold. And Geo's emo-ing sessions continued in the sea. Now I know the amount of fantasies that he has. Packed up at 8pm or so and headed back here, Stephen's Corner to be specific. Ate again. Then came back to IMU and played bball haha. Like idiots. Then I was so fuck tired I couldn't be bothered to blog last night.

PBL is a great success. i learnt everything i am suppose to learn in PBL. even without a facilitator. i have to say PBL has to be the best thing in IMU.

geowin asked me out today. "to port dickson tomorrow," he said. planned to go shopping with the gf at sunway tomorrow since we only got to walk 1.5 floor of the new wing on saturday. but beach it is. for my tan is fading.

going to watch 'an inconvenient truth' at the auditorium later at 7.30pm. with the gf and her mum. hope its good and what an irony that is. dinner's really. better eat than sorry.

Hello Monday

Spiderwick is a good movie. Recommended to be watched. But as with all movies lately - it seems to be a trend, a bad one too - the ending kinds of anasthesizes the whole movie.

Why does it always seem to be all or nothing? It is a sad condition.

Go Green

Finally clubbed yesterday. Geowin, the gf and I. Gonna make a point never to go Sanctuary again. The music just sucked shit towards the end. Though the Long Island drink was good.

Then had to wake up early today to help out with the recycling campaign that IMU is holding. Man such a feeling of deja vu when this exact same situation happened in Sem 1, though I was really really much more drunk that time.

Anyway, just really tired now. Tired.

Ok enough of elections for now. But then again what else is there to write about these days? Watched 3 episodes of House back-to-back-to-back last night till 2am with the gf, who is this week busy with her hospital attachment. Housemate coming back today from Singapore but with no Chivas or Black Label because apparently the airport is charging him more for being a local. What the hell. The elections better had helped chose new leadership and rules.

Oh and haematology system starts later. With PBL in the afternoon. Arghh.

And my other housemate ate my RM20 sausages when I wasn't around. *&!#%&@

The in-course assessment is on Thursday and I'm not nervous or anxious. Yet. Good sign or a bad sign? I just can't tell. Let's just hope that it is a good one in the sense that God is here right by my side despite of all the things I have or have not done, and that He will stand by me in the battles ahead.

I am finally starting to get some confidence for the upcoming in-course assessment thank goodness. Hopefully this feel-good feeling isn't just a flash in the pan kind of thing, coz to be honest I am fucking sick of worrying and panicking whether or not I can pass or fail or get A or B+ or whatever.

Might as well make use of the quiet weekend to do more studies I guess. Sigh. And the AIR topic.
