Wow and just 2 more weeks to the UK. Totally unprepared study-wise haha. Screw it I say. They are gonna enlighten us with their introduction course anyway for the 1st few weeks/months. Met up with Aaron yesterday. Ah its good to meet old friends. All we talked about was girlfriends lol. Specifically Miss Mak and Miss Teng. And to think that in primary school he was all about slapping girls' asses when they walk past us in class HAHA. Yes primary school, and yes he really did it. Don't ask.

Aaron is back in Brunei. Says UK is a bitch lol. My spirits to go there is so up there right now. Probably gonna meet up with the UK-ians later in the noon. Discuss about the usual issues; weather, politics, global warming, birth of panda cubs in zoos, extinction of certain tiger species, H1N1, stock market and of course most importantly the development of new and promising ways to cure cancer.

On a separate note, it feels so good to be loved 12 out of 10, instead of 8 or 9 out of 10. And also to know that you are loved on a different basis and scale from friends/family. I mean, it is obvious stuff, but after all that happened, it is good to be told. Thanks babydear!

monday blues

And it is confirmed. Flight to KL is on the 14th of August, and my flight to the UK is at 2am on the 19th. Even as I type this I can feel and I know that it's going to be a looooooooong trip. Well yes apart from the fact that it's a 13-hour flight with a 3-hour transit in Dubai. Sigh. I think I am going to get drunk from the free wine and alcohol and think about leaving everyone in KL. No offense guys but especially the gf. It's gonna be until December before I can even think of seeing her again physically. I am not ashamed to say I am gonna cry my eyes out on the plane...it's the truth sigh.

House next to mine just got broken into. What's worse is that all the houses in my residential area are without gates or fences; it's the open American concept. No grills on the windows as well. But it is a nice place except that it hasn't been preperly maintained for the past 3 years since everyone wanted to cut cost. The gardeners are gone and no one is taking the initiative to cut the grass around their house or at least hire a gardener to do so. So from high end residential area - only for doctors and teachers and most are ex-pats - it is now becoming lalang-land. Sad.

Manchester United looking good for next season. Squad is good with ample players backing up each position. City with all their cash looks impressive though. Damn their strikeforce is like Adebayor, Tevez, Robinho and Santa Cruz. WTF. Can't wait to get to get my hands on the new home jersey over in the UK. I'll be in the red part of Manchester as well so I wouldn't get beaten up wearing it outdoors lol.

Visa done. Just need to sit tight and wait for the dates to pass. The excitement of seeing the bee again is building up! Just a couple of weeks or so and I'll be back across the South China Sea to KL. Been bumming around the house lately just driving around. And arranging my occupational health screening to be done in the UK.

Finally got my own camera. Couldn't stand the camera phones anymore and this beauty of mine speciallizes in night shots! Well it is not a DSLR but it'll do just fine. If only I got this earlier; my photos of Lookout Point and B.lalang would've been more awesome.

Speaking of awesome-ness, well, nothing. Just so happens that everyday is the same here haha. Predictable to the even the amount of shits you have to take. Phone calls to KL have been expensive though. Wishing there is some cheaper way of doing so hmm. Maybe I really should buy over a network company in the future.

3) Body Shop perfume!
4) Springfield sweater in which she sewed a heart on the left-sleeve. I love it :)
5) A lovely card with Junior in it haha

Karmen gave me a tee which said 'RETARDED' -_- 'Thanks' dear lol.

The rest gave me a black vest from Seed. I see my winter clothes are slowly coming in haha. And of course a cake which they pushed my head in. Especially that KSL who used both her hands wtfish.

Visa finally applied. Hopefully no more hitches and it should be done next Tuesday. A part of me really can't wait to start UK life (or rather life without parents around lol) but as the bee and I were talking last night, how cool it would be if she was there with me. Sigh.

KLIA again. This time probably back in Brunei for a month. Sigh. Anyway celebrated my 2st two days ago! Feel so old now lol. With my parents on the 13th July, mamak with Geo and Cheek that night itself, then Chilli's on the 14th with the bee, Karmen, Chia, Rach, Elaine, Lilian, Willy and Guan. Been clearing my vista apartment. Lots of junk everywhere. And housemates left me to clean and sweep the floor and kitchen myself wtfish. One of the reasons why I so am not going to be in-charge of the house in UK -_-

Learnt a few things about enzymes and substrates today lol. In a different sense of the word in case you were wondering. Satisfied our hunger for pork last night at El Cerdo and sushi this afternoon at Zanmai. Damn awesome El Cerdo especially with the complimentary margarita at the end *drools. Wished I had more money then would've gotten the suckling piglet and crispy german pork knuckles!!

Thanks bee for the pre-birthday dinner, your company was almost as awesome as the food. Kidding! Totally wouldn't had spent it with anyone else in any other way.

On the other hand, heading back to KL soon. With family though, and the gf is gonna be busy with labs and orientation. Really want to spend some time with her and also with my friends - those who are still around or living in KL. Could head to clubs or something but ah well. Guess there will be another time. It is seriously dull here sigh. Wonder how I survived all my life in Brunei. Maybe if the gf was here it wouldn't be so bad. And none of my friends are back from UK also smart bastards.

Snow Patrol has been running in my head and my car CD player for ages now. Emo doesn't even feel emo anymore haha. Must burn some mix-CDs now, the radio over here is....hmmm. BRING BACK THE UK STATIONS!!!! Where their sports news is about ManUtd and Chelsea and not Selangor PKNS and Kedah. Though they always used to play too much Sophie Ellis-Baxtor and Jamelia.

Bittersweet

Happy happy 4 months to us! Wanted to upload a photo of us but the net here is killing me. I miss you Erica Mak, and yes I love you so much, I really do. Can't wait to spend every single moment together in the future babydear.

Kind of sad though...it is the 1st of (yes I am reluctant to say this but it's the fact) many more month-saries I am not going to be able to spend with the bee physically. Ok not kind of sad now that I said it out; it is damn effing sad. Sighh. At least we'll have Skype and I will decorate my room and wear a party hat ok?

You know how we wish for something but we only get 50% of what we wished for? It's quite annoying actually cuz you'll feel happy and upset at the same time. Just like how I am heading back to KL - finally - but my mum and my sister might and should be coming along. Hope they wouldn't tag along everywhere I go with the gf -_- Plus I might only be there for a week! Argh. I secretly hope I wouldn't be able to buy anything suitable and my glasses will take ages to complete so I can stay longer. Or so that I can go back to KL again after my visa is done.

Yet another glorious day in paradise. In the abode of peace. Too much peace I think. It's so freaking boring here the most excitement I get is from realizing that the sun casts a longer shadow on the palm tree outside my house during this time of the year compared to January. WOW AWESOME FACT! Maybe I should go burn some ants or something.

Found the ridiculous literature essay that I wrote in A-levels lol. Will bring it back for you to read babydear. Hopefully that will be soon. Stupid visa letter.

Now i remember the reason why I don't like coming back to Brunei. In addition to the fact that the gf is back there in KL and that there is nothing to do here. Miss the smell of freedom. And the quiet sounds of non-nagging.

Just a few more days I hope. Visa is the only thing stopping me now...hopefully they can get it done later, else it's gonna take a few more days to get the original over here and drag the whole damn thing on.

Why does love seem to fade away as people get older? And they rather focus on the so called 'more important' things in life. Like money, time-management, education, work work work and stressing themselves up like dog testicles. Unless you are French I suppose.

Wow 6 days without the bee already. Seems like forever. It's funny (or rather not) how time seems to slow to a complete crawl when you are not around. I wish I can capture every moment with you and re-live it everyday of my life. And don't give me the HIMYM bullcrap about how a moment becomes precious because it is fleeting and there is a new moment coming up which makes the old moment even more precious. Lol. Just realized that there is a 2-year internship in the UK in addition to my 3 years there.

Hooray back in Brunei. ZZzzzzz.

Its freaking boring and I fucking miss the bee. Miss miss miss miss. The worst thing is that I don't even know when is the next time I am heading back to M'sia sigh. Other than for my bday. Hopefully. Uncertainties in life are one of the most annoying things as well as one of the best things, that is if they bring you pleasant surprises.

Oh and my cat has 4 new kittens so insanely cute mwahahaha. So cuddle-able lol. Like someone ;) Wish you were here gf.

Heading back to Brunei tomorrow on the 9.10am flight. Flying 1st class as there are no seats available in economy class anymore. Managed to spend the whole day with the bee though thankfully. Had lunch at this Korean BBQ restaurant in Taipan - Han Woo Ri - and my goodness it was awesome! And for a wee bit less than RM50 as well.

All the side dishes, which were all refillable, made it all the more worth it. Then just lazed around the whole day at my place watching How I Met Your Mother and talking bout the future and talking and talking. Really still finding it hard to believe that I will be leaving for UK so soon. And that I will be in Brunei for almost the whole of July. Exciting? Yea sure -_- The future is scary. Especially when it is so uncertain. We'll make it through, I know we will. Times will be tough, but knowing that you'll be there waiting makes it easier.

Cleared my room. Disposed of all the notes which I don't think I'll be needing. Lots of junk around actually. And come to think of it there isn't that many things to carry back to Brunei at all, the most being clothes. And my speakers which are heavy. I want to wake up and be in Semester 1 again.

Food there was good too; had the grilled lamb chop, a 15-inch pizza plus a banana mango cocktail for Rm55. Not bad. Next on my shopping list is a kick ass camera that I can bring to the UK!

Fiona's birthday today. Happy birthday high school kid! Lol. Ahh birthdays. Hitting 21 this July. Next month. I'm getting old and I need someone to rely on. Oh wait. I already have.

Sand & sunshine

Continued the shopping again yesterday at Mid Valley. Bought a couple of shirts and finally decided to play WOW. Yea bought the original game set and everything. Study? Huh what?

Headed to the highway around 3pm to fulfill our plan to go to Bagan Lalang, or as some sites put it, Malaysia's best kept secret. Kind of agree with it actually; the beach was pretty damn good! It was quite clean, the shores stretched for miles, the sand was damn fine and white (unlike the PD one -_-) and there aren't that many of the locals who would give stare like they've never seen a girl before.
